I would just like to thank everyone for their lovely comments and messages following part one last night of The Fast Fix Diabetes on ITV. I’ve been inundated but I am replying to everyone. I was up until the early hours last night which probably explains today’s headache. It certainly wasn’t alcohol induced as I still haven’t touched a drop since beginning the fast fix although I could have done with one last night watching it.
It was very emotional watching it back and miss the place, the crew and the housemates still to this day. Although I am in daily contact with my house husband Steve and house son Luke.
It has struck me just how many people out there are completely unaware of how serious type 2 diabetes is; just as I was at the beginning. It has opened a lot of peoples eyes into the complications and the dangers not only of having type 2 diabetes but of being obese and just being overweight.
The Fast Fix Diabetes
The Fast Fix Diabetes will without a doubt not only save lives but change the lives of so many people and hopefully save the NHS a hell of a lot of money.
A lot of people have asked me what products we used so I am going to share that with you now. Our products were made by Exante of which we had four a day. Exante diet meal replacements consist of a large variety of products and they have several diet plans to follow.
If you click on the link below it will take you to the exante website and the products that I used on The Fast Fix. Any reader of my blog is entitled to an exclusive code of TRACEY35 which will give you a massive 35% off so I was you I’d get on it asap. I say this because after a recent programme on BBC about very low-calorie diets the stock did get low. So get your order in as soon as you can and make the most of the huge discount.
On A Mission
This radical diet on The Fast Fix not only put my diabetes into remission but it reduced the symptoms of my fibromyalgia while I am in ketosis. This to me shows the importance of a keto diet and its effect on chronic illnesses. A good documentary on Netflix that shows this is called “The Magic Pill” and is well worth a watch for anyone with chronic illnesses.
I have learned so much from my experiences this year and throughout my life, it has come to a point where I can now share this with you in the form of a book. Although I do talk about reversing type 2 diabetes it is aimed at the whole person. It is no good losing weight if you can’t keep it off. Most of the time there will be other issues you need to address at the same time and I hope this book will help with that and point you in the right direction for living a healthier and happier lifestyle. The book is currently available on Amazon on Kindle and will also be available in paperback very soon.
Please watch part two tonight and find out how everyone got on The Fast Fix. It is on ITV tonight at 9pm. Last night’s episode attracted a lot of people which is just amazing. Right now I need to get back to replying to my questions.
Enjoy the show
