So here we are the start of another week. But firstly apologies for being quiet the past couple of days. Sadly my daughter lost 4 of her friends in a tragic car accident over the weekend. One girl who was wearing a seat belt survived but the other is critical and in a coma. The remaining 4 died at the scene.
I am in complete and utter shock at this horrible tragic end of such young lives. I just want to send my utmost love and condolences to all of those that have been affected by this awful accident. My thoughts are with their parents, siblings and friends.
On another note, I saw the sad and ugly face of paranoia poke its head out of nowhere yesterday. Someone who I cared very deeply about and was meant to be meeting up with this week thought I was up to no good. Integrity is extremely important to me and so is trust so this saddened me greatly.
Sadly, for me, if you don’t have trust then nothing else will happen. Trust is the building blocks and the foundation of all relationships and without it there is nothing. It brought back memories of a bad situation I found myself in years back and one I don’t want to explore again. So with the crash and this development, I wasn’t in a good place yesterday so I did what I do best and that is write. I have put together another book.
So every cloud and all that.
Start Of Another Week
So bad and sad news be gone and happiness will reign now, please. I got to thinking over the weekend as I was filling in my diet diary what a bloody nuisance it is having to get my ruler out every week and make a chart in my notebook; it’s a right pain in the ass. So I spent all day yesterday near enough and this morning creating a diet diary/journal. It will just make my life so much easier and hopefully yours too.
There is a handy BMI chart at the front of the book, a goal focus section, and a little table for you to enter all of your starting measurements including BMI, HBA1C (if you’re diabetic), Blood pressure, BPM, and your physical measurements.
Following that is a daily table to complete which records meals eaten including snacks, a column for calories (if you like recording them) and a column for carbs (if you are following a low carb or keto diet). Also on this page is a place to record glasses of water drank, and select your mood for the day and a section for notes. Also around the table it is spacious enough for you to add anything else etc.
4 Weekly Section
Every four weeks you will find a large table for you to record all your measurements ie, weight, chest, hips, thighs etc, the inches lost, and total lost etc.
12 Week Chart
Every 12 weeks there is a larger chart which is a summary of all of your totals from day 1 this appears again at the end of the 6 months.
I have also included at the back of the book my revised copy of a recent successful post from my blog together with some diet tips to stay focused.
I hope that you find this helpful. It has been submitted for publication and should be available to buy over the next couple of days. As soon as it is available I will let you all know.
Keeping records like this I find really helpful in sticking to my diet plan. It’s also fantastic to look back on when you get the odd week where you don’t lose weight. You could also pop a before photo in there if you wanted to.
I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and I will write again very soon.
