What Happened To The Weather
Yes, it’s the UK’s favourite topic of conversation. We have had some amazing weather the past couple of weeks although it is quite grey here today; still warm though just a bit cloudy. However, it looks like we still have some hot days on our way. I’ve been a bit all over the place this week so today’s post is going to be just random stuff for a Wednesday.
Random Stuff For A Wednesday
I have just had my Exante Diet Meal Replacement lemon pancake today for lunch with butterscotch sauce bloody delicious. Love these things they taste so indulgent and naughty with the sugar free butterscotch sauce. Can still taste it on my lips now the only problem is I eat it too quickly. I can’t get it in quick enough.
Exante does maple syrup ones too but the lemon is my favourite. If you are new to Exante they do a fantastic range of diet meal replacement meals, bars and shakes. We used the Exante shakes and some of the meal replacement meals while on the ITV documentary, The Fast Fix Diabetes. Really good value too.

Yesterday I was lying out in the sun soaking up a few rays. It is something I don’t usually do but I’m so pale I need to get a bit of colour.
I’m actually going through my phone now and posting some of the recent photos and screen shots I have done over the past week and sharing with you.
I’m so happy about the success of It’s Not Rocket Science, Reverse Your Type 2 Diabetes and Become A Better Version Of Yourself I had to do a food and body measurements diary. It’s going to save me a lot of time.
I’m so tired today I don’t know if it is the weather, or the fibromyalgia but very possibly both. I actually had an asthma attack a couple of days ago at the gym which hasn’t happened for ages I think that was due to the heat too. It was so sticky and humid in the gym walking through the building. This weather takes me back to the draught back in ’76 over 40 years ago Jesus that makes me feel old.
I saw this and had to copy it to send to Steve and Luke, my Fast Fix Housemates but I forgot so here you go guys just for you. I wish I could show you some of the daft pictures Luke created during the time in the house they were hilarious but I don’t want to embarrass anyone with them.
My gorgeous little bundle of fluff Harvey Houdini; although it has been a while since his last escape attempt.
Another one for the guys, Steve and Luke. During the time at the house we watched Step Brothers. I have to say I have now lost count how many times I have seen this movie it makes me howl with laughter. It is also one of Lukes favourite films and he would quite often quote from it.
While we were in The Fast Fix Clinic it was Luke’s birthday so Steve and I bought him the script of Step Brothers for his birthday. That image above made me think of our time together in The Fast Fix House.
I did a screenshot of the salad this week I can’t remember where I saw it now but I thought it looked gorgeous. I’d obviously have to remove the croutons because of the carb content but I’m sure there will be a healthy alternative.
One of my many pieces of jewellery that I recently put in my blog shop. Still love making jewellery think I might get back to making some candles too while I’m at it.
This photo above I took a screenshot of because it pretty much sums up 95% of the people that I seem to attract on dating sites.
So there you go some random stuff for a Wednesday. Glad to say now the sun is back out. However I think I’m on the verge of another flare up so going to close my eyes for five minutes. See you at the other end.
Oh and quickly before I go well done England for last night. I don’t usually watch football but I turned over to watch the last five minutes, extra time and the penalty shoot out. I was on the edge of my seat. So glad they got through though.
Right back to my pit catch you soon.
