This has been a long week; well for my tummy at least. But we have made it to the last day of week 1 on day 7 of 28 of my join me and lose weight for good plan. Now I had a bit of a sneaky peak on the scales this morning and I smiled but I will tell you tomorrow. I don’t know about you guys but I can’t help but weigh myself every day. I know they tell you to just do it once a week but; I’m rubbish I can’t do it.
