What Is Birchbox?
Now I know some of you are probably now sitting there thinking to yourself, “what the fuck is Birchbox?” well I’m going to tell you. For the cost of £12.95 a month I receive a fabulous reusable little box. I have to say at this point the boxes are very well made and furthermore they act like a little drawer. Very sturdy and very useful – I use mine for all sorts of things. The design is different every month too. Now inside the box, you will find a selection of good size samples of beauty products, sometimes a full-size one and sometimes a free gift, for example, a makeup brush etc. Now we all love free things don’t we – well I know I do. And finally, in addition, to the products you receive a guide as to what the products are and consequently other details about them.
November’s Birchbox Review
This month, Birchbox has teamed up with Vogue to bring a box packed with the best that the beauty industry has to offer. They have handpicked the products they think we will love from the Vogue 100 Beauty Hall of Fame – including an iconic Benefit Hoola bronzer for everyone! Plus, they’ve put their stamp on things by including a must have Birchbox beauty tool in every box.
To give you the low down on exactly what makes this partnership so fabulous, they’re handing over to Vogue’s Beauty & Lifestyle Director, Jessica Diner…
“For Vogue’s centenary celebrations in 2016, the beauty team decided to create an edit of the 100 greatest beauty products of all time. Vogue beauty editors past and present gathered together with one mission – that any reader should be able to go and buy any single product on the list and be completely thrilled with her purchase. Now, thanks to our exciting partnership with Birchbox, we’ve brought together a whole selection of products that appeared on the list – meaning it’s a 100% Vogue Beauty approved box!“
Throughout the month, Birchbox will be showing exactly how to make the most of the products and revealing the stories behind them. Find them on @BirchboxUK and blog.birchbox.co.uk.
