Hi Tracey
I can see why you cut your bars in half, it feels like you can eat when you feel like it. And it seems like more somehow. I love the jam and yoghurt bars. At the moment they are my favourite. I also like the double choc bars and the choc caramel bars. I tend to alternate between shakes and bars and sometimes, pancakes or something savory. I guess it is whatever works for you. I am 3lbs away from 17st and I started at 18st. It’s certainly working for me at the moment. x
