I have lost over 35lbs using Exante meal replacement meals and products. I had 4 meal replacement shakes a day for 12 weeks. A total of 800 calories. I know this will be quite extreme to some people but I would like you to know that Exante does other plans that might suit you better and this post is to give you the information you need to reach your goal.
Believe me, no one finds it harder to lose weight than me. I have been on so many diets you just wouldn’t believe it; actually you probably would as I think there are actually a lot of people like me out there with the same relationship to food as I have. We all know that feeling; come on admit it the food is in charge of you and no it’s not you in charge of the food – time to change and with this, I promise you can.
I am someone that was eating at least 3 chocolate bars a day and I mean at least!. I’d get through packets of biscuits at a time, too ill to move my ass my diet took a really negative effect on my body and my mind and made my chronic illness of fibromyalgia even worse.
I was very lucky and was given the chance to lose weight fast and safely with Exante products and now feel amazing. Important Things To Do Before You Start Your Diet
Weigh and measure yourself
First of all, weigh yourself ideally with no clothes on and take all your measurements. It is up to you which measurements you take but I personally took the following measurements:
- Under Bust
- Waist (narrowest part)
- Largest Part (mid section)
- Left Thigh
- Right Thigh
- Left Calf
- Right Calf
- Left Arm
- Right Arm
Taking your measurements is important because you will have occasional weeks where you don’t lose any weight but you can lose inches. Having all your measurements in front of you also keeps you motivated.
When you decide which plan you are going to use plan the first week ahead. Write down what products you will be eating each day so that you have everything in place. Planning ahead makes it a lot easier until you get settled into it.
Join Exante’s Facebook group as they are so supportive. It is an online community doing the same thing as you and their support is fantastic. You can also ask questions and clarify things; I find the group really good for helping you to keep on track. These guys know exactly what you are going through emotionally and physically. You don’t even have to post if you don’t want to you can actually gain a lot by just reading the posts of other people. Give it a try I really don’t think you will regret it.

I am sure that you can find at least one of the above diet plans that would suit you and your lifestyle. I love these products so much I am still having one for breakfast, one for lunch, a healthy meal, a bar for a snack. Don’t get me wrong I still have the odd treat but I make sure that I earn it and I make sure if its chocolate that I’m wanting it is something that I’ve made myself. Now you know that you can’t stay on these diets but it gives you time to research a healthy lifestyle to adopt when you have reached your goal. Believe me, your tastes will change. I tried a diet coke last week and it was bloody awful it was far too sweet; really sickly and I couldn’t even finish it. I used to live on that stuff before I started this diet. Now it’s water, black coffee and diluted squash. Bearing in mind before I started it was white coffee with two sugars. Can’t bare the taste of sugar in coffee now or milk. Makes me feel like gipping just thinking about it.

If you start this today depending on how much you need to lose you could lose over 2st in 2 months time. Not long is it on the scale of things. But you need to remember this is just a very big stepping stone to get you to your goal then it is a complete lifestyle change. Basically eat better and move more and don’t get back into bad habits. But if you are like me and I think you are you will be so happy with the new you that you won’t want to go back anyway.
