Getting Back On It
Hi guys why don’t you join me and lose weight for good. As you know I am in the process of losing weight and have lost quite a bit so far but would still like to lose another 14lbs. I have upped my calories over the last month; not greatly but enough to maintain my current weight. I have been eating healthy stuff don’t get me wrong and still no pasta, rice or bread. That has to be a bloody miracle in itself along with black coffee and no sugar – remember I used to have it white and with two sugars. Even sniffing that would make me feel ill now. I also had a diet coke recently and it was disgusting yet I used to live on that stuff but now it tastes so sickly – yeuch!
I was just looking at the calendar at how many weeks it is until my birthday and it kinds of ties in with the airing of the documentary. So I’m giving it a new push and will be back on the low-calorie diet for the next four weeks. So today why don’t you: join me and lose weight for good.

So, guys, today is Day 1 of the next four weeks. So far today I have had 2 shakes, 2 black coffees and 2 litres of diluted squash. I’m missing my nuts I won’t lie but I know I can eat them again on my Birthday. Believe it or not, I am actually looking forward to that comfortable empty feeling that I know will be coming soon. I know that sounds awful but I can’t think of an easier way to say it.
Basically, I hate feeling bloated, lethargic and constantly hungry. By doing this diet these symptoms will actually disappear. Honest Guv I’m not lying. The first two or three days are tough or can be it depends a lot on your mindset. But once you get past day 3 you will start to settle into it. Just make sure you drink plenty of water.
