The Wardy Is Back
I know you have probably thought to yourself I had been abducted by Aliens or something and to be honest it does feel a bit like that. A flare-up kind of leaves you with that feeling of missing time. I’ve been here but not here if that makes sense. I confess hands up had a couple of bad days emotionally and physically but she is back; I’m on a mission so watch out!
I Have Bars!
Yes, bloody yes my bars got delivered last night, 14 chocolate caramel crunch, 14 toffee, nut and raisin, and 14 white chocolate and raspberry. Excuse me while I do a bit of a victory dance.
I absolutely have missed these babies like you wouldn’t believe. Never ever again will I run out because when you do it just goes tits up. As I mentioned in a previous post I managed to polish off the last third of a jar of crunchy peanut butter mixed with chopped mixed nuts. Thankfully I haven’t put any weight on which is a relief. But it tasted bloody good. I have actually just checked the site and back in stock are lemon yoghurt bars and the strawberry jam bars – mamma mia! Placed my order straight away didn’t I – Bang!

I am still considering giving the Exante total solution plan another go for a week. I know I struggled last time but it made a huge difference to my weight. It was actually due to TS that I got under that horrible 13st bracket. I have a photo shoot coming up so need to lose a bit more weight before that really thankfully it is not for Playboy. Also, I have a birthday meal party to attend at a beautiful oriental restaurant this week coming. Because of this, I have to be extra good on the other days. And yours truly is going to be having Bang Bang Chicken and probably a desert!
To be honest it’s going to be a nice night as it is my children’s grandparents birthday celebrations. This past weeks tragedy has shown me you have to make the most of life and grab every opportunity so we are all going out to celebrate; even more so now.
What’s Happening Next?
Well, what am I doing indeed – I’m on a mission so watch out! I am obviously going to be carrying on with the whole Exante diet plan. I will be following it until I lose that final 2 stone and blogging and writing my socks off about all of that while I do it.
Also, I will be looking into various courses that I can do from life coaching to nutrition and everything in between. I am still going to be reading up about the ketogenic diet as I definitely want to move down that route.
Importantly, I will be concentrating on the online support group I set up for people suffering from mental health issues and for the loved ones of these guys who often get overlooked. We have successfully had our first physical outing last week and will be doing a lot more of those together with finding a venue for monthly meetings. All of that is just great and exciting.
I’m On A Mission So Watch Out
Following on from the above is the anthology. This is my baby that has recently been put on a back shelf while the ITV’s The Fast Fix documentary was being filmed and aired. I will now be getting back into this and full speed ahead. For those of you that don’t know this anthology is a collection of poems written by people suffering from mental health issues. It also contains poetry from the loved ones living and supporting people with mental health issues.
Why am I doing this? I am doing this to raise awareness of mental health issues. It needs to come out of the dark and be talked about by the people living with this day in and day out. There are so many conditions that come under this umbrella. We need to get rid of the stigma once and for all. You might not realise this but in this country, 16 people take their own life every single day! That is 16 too many!
I received a lovely letter from HRH Prince Harry which means a tremendous amount. The Princes are doing so much to move mental health issues forward with the amazing Heads Together. The local newspaper has already run a story about this anthology and will be doing another one when it is available to buy.
Sadly my daughter and her friends lost a friend last year through suicide and with his parent’s permission I will dedicate the book to him. But obviously, that is not something I can go into in any further detail with right now as I need to talk to them first. I also have an incredible installation art piece which I will do alongside the publication to also raise awareness but I am keeping that under wraps until the publication also. But, I can assure you however that it will be big! I don’t do things by halves. If I’m going to do it I will do it with bells on! The logistics of it are a bit immense so need to do a lot of thinking about how I am going to carry it off.
Poems Still Needed
So for anyone out there who would like to submit a poem please do. Don’t be afraid to write one it is not a competition. It just needs to come from the heart. Please send them to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the meantime, I am going to be approaching publishers and will be putting the gofundme back up on my page to help with this now that I can focus on it better.
Phew, a bit different to a couple of days ago isn’t it. I told you she is back!
Hope you are all having a great weekend.
