The Weekend Is Once Again Upon Us
Well week two is nearly over. I don’t know about you but this week seems to have just flown by; god now I’m sounding like my Mum. Today is day 13 of 28 of my join me and lose weight for good plan. How have you been coping?
Still Low Carbs
I’ve still not had bread, rice, pasta or sugar since the beginning of the year. I’m sure I should get an OBE for that but the Queens missed me off of her list which is just typical; maybe next year.

I don’t feel as if I’ve lost weight this week but that is typical for me. The second week is always a lot less and I don’t have big losses anyway. I do tend to lose inches. I’ve also cut down on the exercise side of things this week as I am busy writing.
The MCT oil arrived yesterday I thought I would try just a small bottle to see how I got on with it; as I believe some people have a bit of an iffy tummy with it. I had one teaspoon this morning mixed into my coffee. So far have had no bad reaction so that is great.
If you try it and do get a reaction start off slowly. Maybe just half a teaspoon and build it up. It is definitely tasteless. If you are not wanting to put in in your coffee and you want to try it; you could either take it from the spoon or mix into one of your shakes.
Now since having mine this morning I have had no hunger pangs. I don’t know if this is merely psychological or the MCT oil is actually working its magic. So far I have had just one exante bar and I cut it into 3 pieces and ate them over the morning with coffee.

I have ordered my coffee beans today from Amazon which should be delivered tomorrow, and bought some grass fed friendly butter today (Kerrygold) and already have the MCT oil.
So the plan is Monday morning instead of a breakfast shake I will have a bulletproof coffee and see what happens. Monday’s post will be all about Bulletproof coffee and how I got on with it.
