Back On It!
As I said earlier in the week Thursday is my day 1 and today is guess what? Thursday yep got it in one. So food journal out, measurements entered into the journal I really need and want to shift this last two stone. Now I am podcasting too so I can talk about it on that along the way. So any people reading this and about to start their own journey please follow the blog. Hopefully, it will help you with your own weight loss journey and keep you motivated.

Exante Diet Meal Replacement Shakes
As mentioned already today is my back on it day to shift that last 2 stone and get back into the healthy BMI range. So to do this I am reverting back to what I did back on ITV’s The Fast Fix Clinic. This means that I will be hiding the bars away when I have finished writing this post and will be sticking to 4 shakes a day.
I know it will be difficult for a few days because I am now so used to having 3 bars a day chopped up with coffee. But, I have done this before and did it successfully for 12 weeks. I just need to dig deep and find that warrior that I know is inside and get to it and do it again.

I am feeling so much better now my body has processed the carbs and rubbish I had over the birthday celebrations a couple of weeks ago. Three normal meals played havoc and I felt dreadful. Just goes to show you how bread and other carbs can have such a negative effect on your system physically and emotionally too.
Off To The Dentist
Today I have a dentist appointment first one in nearly 10 years. I’m not proud of it just scared lol. But.. I was scared about doing a podcast and I did it and I survived to tell the tale. Therefore I shall survive the dentist appointment. It’s just a check-up but I’m guessing I will get a telling off so will let you know how that goes. I can hear the drill just thinking about it. I shall have to walk there as well as the car is still in the garage. But.. the walk will do me good. Depending on how I am feeling I might call into the gym on the way back as I have to pass it.
God, I am such a wuss! Think it goes back to being a kid we had a dentist that visited the school and he was a sodding nightmare.
Right, I’m going to avoid the coffee have some water and put those bars away.
