5 Celebrities I would like to invite to a dinner party
The first one of the 5 celebrities I would like to invite to a dinner party was an easy one. I know it’s probably a common answer but I have to say Marilyn Monroe is one of my heroines. She is also one of the most misunderstood women in the 20th Century. She might have played the dumb blonde but dumb she really wasn’t. Marilyn was a very intelligent woman just plagued with insecurities and taken advantage of. Her childhood wasn’t good and she was looked after by various people and I can relate to this. She never knew who her father was and used to dream that he was a celebrity.
There is no question that she was an icon, an incredibly beautiful woman and just oozed sensuality from every pore. I’d like her to be there too so I can meet the real Marilyn. I’d like to find out once and for all if she deliberately took an overdose or was indeed murdered. With regards to the latter, I do know that Marilyn had a telephone conversation with someone who was being phone tapped by the Government. In it, she made it quite clear that with a couple of weeks she was going to call a press conference and tell them everything.
This was at a time when her calls to the President and his brother were being rejected. She was apparently referring to secrets that she was told by them both. She was found dead two days later. I always believed that she accidentally took an overdose; but when this new information comes to light well, it does look a bit suspect doesn’t it.
The second person out of the 5 celebrities I would like to invite to a dinner party is the one and only Peter Kaye. I just think he’s the people’s comedian. He is just very clever at picking up on every day things that we are all guilty of and making them funny. I remember watching one of his shows and he was talking about family parties/discos etc and about the one person that dances on the way to the dancefloor – well confession time – that’s me.
HRH Prince Harry
The third person out of the 5 celebrities I would like to invite to a dinner party is HRH Prince Harry. I love Prince Harry and I think he would be such great fun on a night out. I can imagine him having so many funny stories to tell about life behind the palace walls. Both Harry and William do so much for charities that I follow and I think it’s great that they have taken over from where their Mother sadly finished.
I am also a bit biased because I just received a letter from Prince Harry’s office (name drop… name drop). In it, he wishes me well on the poetry book I am currently putting together with regards to depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
J K Rowling
The fourth person out of the 5 celebrities I would like to invite to a dinner party is J K Rowling. This woman is a complete inspiration to me. She came from nothing and went from having absolutely nothing with the exception of a story in her head and well, look at her now. She is one of my inspirations and one of the reasons I started writing.
Last but not least the last of the 5 celebrities I would like to invite to a dinner party is Victoria Beckham. Now I nearly did not put her down on this list. But the main reason why I have is that she has got so much to smile about but you never see her do it. If I had her life and was married to David and everything else they are surrounded with; I’d have the biggest fucking smile on my face 24/7. She’s an attractive woman but sadly she looks so unapproachable. I’d just like to meet the real Victoria without the cameras around and see what she is really like. I have a feeling she would be good fun.
Well, there you go my list of 5 celebrities I would like to invite to a dinner party oh and one other person but he’s a secret.
I’d be interested to know who you would invite. Please leave a comment and let me know. To leave a comment there is a link at the top left of the page.
