Day to Day Challenge
So I was thinking to myself the other day I should try and do one different thing every day to help me emotionally and physically to some degree. A bit of an emotional de-clutter. A list of doable challenges. I thought it would be a good idea to share this 21 day mental wellness challenge and I would love to hear how you guys get on with it too.
I run a group called Harrogate Black Dog for people dealing with all forms of anxiety, depression, PTSD etc and will share the link with these guys too.

It would be great to see who manages to do the full 21-day mental wellness challenge and get feedback from you guys as to how you get on with it and if it made any difference to you at all. So on 15th September, I will do a follow-up post and we can compare notes.
